Arne Jacobsen designed the AJ Wall Light for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. This fixture was part of the total design concept created for the hotel. Several of the products created for the hotel are regarded as design icons and within the lighting industry the AJ lamps in particular have obtained world-fame.

The AJ Wall Light emits downward, directed light. The angle of the shade and rotation can be adjusted to optimize light distribution. The shade is painted white on the inside to ensure a soft, comfortable light. The AJ Wall Light is composed of a spun steel shade with a spun aluminum base and steel arm. Available in red, white, sand, black, blue/green, yellow/green, petroleum, or graphite grey finishes. On/off switch on backplate.
