The Nemo Crown Plana Suspension fits three hexagonal modules together like a cross section of a beehive, emitting a perimeter of soft diffused light through 10 light sources. The linear suspension compresses the look of a tiered chandelier, using a strong aluminum frame with minimal ornamentation. Sandblasted glass diffusers replace dim candle light with widespread illumination, evenly spreading light across long dining areas or rooms with slender proportions.
Founded in 1993 by Franco Cassina and Carlo Forcolini in Italy, Nemo was established to recreate the lighting pieces that best represented the "Golden Age" of Italian lighting design of the 1960s and '70s.
